"we are happy to eat every weekend mariams. Although her stall is not completely vegan, she takes care of people, and it shows in her recipe choices (vegan versions, gluten-free versions.) she uses as little oil and salt as she can because she wants her food is healthy. the noodles and the noodles are our favorite! and we love to be surprised by the constantly changing recipes and variations!"

We are happy to eat Mariam's food every weekend. Although her stable is not completely vegan, she takes care of people, and it shows in her recipe choices (vegan versions, gluten-free versions). She uses as little oil and salt as she can because she wants her food to be healthy. The noodles and the dumplings are our favorites! And we love to be surprised by the constantly changing recipes and variations!
