a little strange in my eyes to call his restaurant with Italian flavors, St-Barth?! particularly because it is not on the waterfront but in the middle of a residential area. the frame is however pleasant on the other hand, I found expensive for what it is. We were asked 15x if we were ready to order but once it was done, the service was a little long and we received our glass of wine at the end of the meal, after asking, without excuse or nothing. The price of the salads for the quantity shocked us, my husband was still hungry when he came home. and 13 chf the hugo is the prices practiced with a view of the gum jet.
We had been there in 2020 and it was really very good but what a disappointment! No pizzas, lack of dishes offered on the menu (more fondant, more wine... . The burgers are good but nothing more and when ordering we forget to bring us the fries... Once we have finished our burgers we are told that the desserts we ordered at the start of the meal and well they don't there are finally more... beautiful address after a day on the lake, as a smiling and friendly personal holiday impression. I love the concept tartine and their pizza dough is one of the best I've tasted. I can only advise you on the St-Barth Book a table now
good service but music too strong, sticky table, menus covered with fat and dry focaccia impossible to cut. menu for lunch/aero and not for dinner.
