"big food that is inventively original and tasty. attentive service and a beautiful ambiente. sad yet another restaurant that amex does not accept. are you really dependent on the Amex Commission? or is it more important that their customers are comfortable when the bill...comes? a little disappointed."

This restaurant really deserves its Michelin star. The food is simply sublime and the experience the same. The ‘menu’ allows you to choose a range of courses that you would like and indicate any of the ingredients that you choose not to eat, or are...allergic to. From that the chef creates a wonderful meal based upon that day’s ingredients and local produce. All of which is wonderfully balanced. In our case the main featured lamb but others had pigeon or fish as main courses. The menu also includes a number of amuse bouche and pre-deserts just to entice you into eating more. The cherry based bread roll was just one example. If you are looking for that special moment this is definitely a plac...

very pleasant staff a beautiful room and for the greatest part was eating well. we arrived at 20:15 clock and left the restaurant not until 12:45 clock. no overcrowded at night. I can't remember how many courses we had. as the deaf, everything was in order, although I can't remember. I would rather have had three or four courses and the cook had a deeper stand on what would be grandiose instead of several courses where there were some hits and misses. I'm sorry I've been in many highly rated restaurants, but I'm afraid this one has lost its way. while eating was good (not excellent), the culinary experience was lacking. I don't understand why this restaurant has a star of michelin.

we had the full on evasion menu, which is the choice of the chef. four main courses with many extras, cheese course and the two desserts with matching weeps. it was hard to decide about the favourite dish, but the devout was quite fab., and here are a few pictures to give them an idea. this is classic French Michelin Star cookery, but with a beautiful little modern twist, so it didn't feel at all and there were many light aromes. at about 150 eur per head (including matching weine) this is also quite worth a lot!

we have stayed here several times, but I am pleased to tell them that the standard is still showing up. a beautiful and interesting meal, well served and explained by a well versed staff, and a good room. could be finished with a climate system, but that apart, a wonderful stay. not cheap, but very good value for money. you really get what you pay for.
