"drive through france to Switzerland, you are always trying to find a beautiful French auberge to lunch to avoid the highway service sandwich. this time we were happy enough to see a small sign that this restaurant showed after one. kilometer narrower gasses we almost gave up, but then the road opened on fields and there was a very traditional auberge, a warm welcome and an excellent menu. the calves are just divine!"

Driving down to Switzerland through France one is always tempted to try and find a lovely French Auberge for lunch in order to avoid the motorway service station sandwiches. This time we were fortunate enough to see a small sign indicating this restaurant, after a kilometre of narrow lanes we nearly gave up, but then the road opened onto fields and there was a very traditional auberge, a warm welcome and an excellent menu. The veal kidneys simply divine!
