We booked our table and despite them only having a few bookings, the restaurant ended up full, so we recommend to book. We decided to have the Saint Simeon menu at €49 each which included an aperitif, amuse buche, starter, sorbet, main,cheese board, desert and coffee and a bottle of wine. The steak was char cooked in front of us over the fire in the restaurant. The scallops in fennel sauce were lovely as was the apple crisp pudding. Recommended, but go with an empty stomach if you decide to have this menu. Excellent service despite there being only 2 persons serving. Thank you
A warm welcome was followed by a meal of the highest quality carefully selected ingredients, many of them sourced locally, cooked innovatively and to perfection, and presented with style: nouvelle cuisine but with generous portions. This was a meal to savour, and we would have no hesitation in visiting the Auberge whenever we're in the area. A good wine list, too next time we'll take a taxi!
New menu 3 impeccable courses for 19€ during the week or menu Normande 35€ or Bistronomique at 55€ giving plenty of scope. Our plat de jour menu had 3 choices each for entree and main plus Cafe Gourmande. Excellent value and well worth a visit. Fresh and interesting cuisine at a good price in the most beautiful surroundings. Go. But don’t take my table.
We visited for our last-night-of-our-vacation and our 15th Wedding Anniversary celebration. The food was wonderful (we had the €35 all-inclusive Menu Normande), the service was brilliant, the setting was delightful, as is the little village of Saint-Siméon. If we 're ever back this way, we will return.

We come here for many years as my parents have a house nearby. The food is always lovely and the ambiance is great as well. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful area of a quiet town. If you are in the area, make sure you’ll visit this restaurant for a nice lunch or diner!
