We chose the cheapest menu at 22 euros, started with soup, then a selection of starters (pate, saucisse in oïl and salad with lardons and cheese), we chose the roast pork as our main and it was excellent, generous portions served with saute potatoes, mushrooms and green beans. We have been going to La Frégière for birthdays and anniversaries for 10 years now, and it doesn't disappoint. A traditional Aveyronnaise meal, good food and plenty of it. All local meats cooked for you on the open fire. Local wine at 7 euros a litre and a homemade country paté that is excellent.
