Whatever it is: a much too fade mouthing... and a carrot purée (with the dish) much too peppery. about red wine, served cold (probably below 8°C) and reported to the server with as the only answer: "we have a lot of demand to serve it so?" astonishing...Many too many mistakes for such an establishment.Let's make sure that it was only a decrease in diet because the house is beautiful!
