We stayed here for a night in a town a 15-min drive away from Verbier, and weren't expecting much for dinner options given the size of the town. When we walked into the restaurant, it was empty, so initial impressions weren't great! However, the service was lovely and the food was delicious - the pasta dishes were packed full of flavour and a very generous portion (not expected in Switzerland) - totally recommend the spaghetti puttanesca and the melanzane parmigiana - yummy. All in all, 3 pasta dishes and the aubergine and a bottle of wine came to about CHF 100 - bargain for Switzerland. Go there if you ever happen to be in the town!
We were a group of seven spending the night in Orsieres as part our Haute Route trip. The restaurant was full with a large party of students. Our server and the chef turned out some incredible food in a timely manner always with a smile and attentive to our group. Definitely a place to consider for dinner.
