Ideally located hostel because close to 'Amboise but you feel the ghosts of a successful past. Indeed, the places had not been renovated for 20 or 30 years... The decoration is aging and the maintenance of the premises really leaves to be desired (dust and spider star, wallpaper and damaged wall)10 minutes to have hot water in the bathroom without pressure. Only one electrical socket in the room. Exorbitant fines for each small overtaking of the rules of procedure (an extra night charged if the room is not returned before 11am).No buffet breakfast or at will.The reception is nice but the stay is disappointing in the whole.
2 nights reserved with a Smartbox, we pay an extra night when we arrive. We realize that the room smells cigarettes, a single catch, a dead spider, stains on the ground. We immediately ask to cancel the 3rd night, refusal of the owner who gets angry. Anyway, where to avoid.
