We had vanished the salmon dossel and, like the gizzard salad and the tab, it was all basic. the salmon dish was too cooked and frankly dry. We had reserved for 12 and chose our menus in advance and yet, at the time of dessert, we were told that there were only burnt creams left... fortunately there was cheese. The view is sublime but the kitchen has little interest.

we recently spent a few days in Sainte-Catherine, hiking, relaxing and pampering on the local products. from the locally picked mushrooms to the smoked, until the teertetin, our meal at auberge de la source was an incredible experience. the perfect way to remember our time in auvergne.
