probably a new cook that is too hard to be different but take it on the wrong way. we visited this place 2 years ago. even then the service was much too fast, but this time, with probably a new cook, all dishes would get a...max 5 of 10. no beautiful taste sequencing. our desert was a garlic eggplant ice cream with chocolate sauce. who wants to garlic for the desert? eating was not good, time. we didn't like to do anything about the things. also the music from the kitchen, an upbeat techno beat made it to our table a series of times. and all that for chf 660 with the 4 of us, definitely the last time we visited this place. terrible.

great location, many parking spaces close to, friendly ambiente. all ingredients come from the interesting and delicious amuse beech served at the beginning of the meal. beautiful mushroom salad, delicious and delicate meat, good ferra from lemansee. suggestion to the cook: gnocchis dish lacks taste...and ingredients should be better mounted. Romano was welcoming and friendly informatiw. we're going back!

The location is unique inside medieval and cosy, outside cool and relaxed. The cuisine is original, light and fresh re interpretation of traditional dishes (some medieval like the walls) with an obsession for local producers. Quite commendable if not cheap.

we had a very nice family dinner in the restaurant and look forward to our discovery. our late teenage children and we enjoyed all; welcome, fantastic food, good service, general experience and relaxed atmosphere. we're coming back.

delicious menu with fresh ingredients, all from local producers. innovative kitchen! each individual court was a discovery of inside. we will be coming back soon
