Very warm and smiling welcome, the recovery by the new owners for a year offers comfortable hotel services and very good services in terms of restoration. Gentilless, adaptability discrete and efficient presence, complete the overall delivery of the facility. The restaurant's menu includes recipes from the region (Ravioles, soufflé glacé à la chartreuse) of dishes revisited successfully (tartare or lemon pie) but also traditional recipes. In short a great time at the restaurant for the locals, stage in chartreuse for others, to enjoy without moderation
