Magnificent place, very welcoming staff and breathtaking dishes, the way of speaking, access being complicated when you are not from the area obviously but not to be missed and prefer the reblochonnade which is a must and a magnificent dish. Obviously the rest is just as good.
Stop in this pretty hostel for lunch on the occasion of a horse ride around Sulens early September. Friendly welcome and very good dishes. I tasted the croziflette and dessert the excellent Bolet (two vanilla ice balls, meringue and chocolate sauce).
Everything we love about a mountain restaurant... charcuterie donuts and reblochonade without forgetting the boulet for dessert, fortunately the inn is at the foot of several walks to do beforehand.
A break is necessary here when you come back down from the Sulens ridges! A sunny terrace where you can enjoy some delicacies like the famous Boletus, a homemade creation.
