We had a fabulous dinner in this restaurant. Just really delicious! I think the fish soup was the best fish soup I ever tasted. Creamy with lots of fish, mussels and more. Rest of the meal was great too. This is a small Inn in a small village and it has just three rooms. The owners are very nice people. Madame cooks the meals. She is a great cook! Our room was basic, but fine. We wished we could have stayed a bit longer, purely because the food was so good!
This little village inn was recommended to us by locals, amongst whom it has a good reputation. It offers a single menu each meal and when we went they were serving onion tart followed by paella then cheese and crème caramel for dessert. As you can see these are not fancy dishes but they were done so well that we understand the reputation they have built up.The atmosphere is simple and homely and made dining there a really enjoyable experience
notre groupe de 23 personnes a été super bien accueilli avec le sourire la soirée s'est très bien déroulée. de l'apéritif au dessert, tout était très bien présenté et d'une très bonne qualité. merci beaucoup pour les fraises , très appréciées par Noé. Le patron est venu plusieurs fois pour voir si tout ce passait bien et pour discuter un peu avec nous. nous recommandons cette auberge sans aucune restriction.
marion and gilles are very welcoming and in small care. Marion's kitchen. traditional is made with local products and is very good. excellent breakfast (breakfast, jams and homemade fruit salad, croissants, fried butter baguette, coffee worthy of this perfect name). just a small apartment the rooms are comfortable but a little old. If you love calm, you will not be disappointed. Book a table now
Although this restaurant is a bit out of the way it is well worth a visit, chef Marianne is an amazing cook, she created the best meals I had my whole holiday in the Auvergne region. I was almost drooling at her chocolate fondant it was sooooo delicious!
Very well, coconut eggs with a very good asparagus, a delicious soft meat, a perfect cuisine. excellent dessert. a welcome as you want. Don't change anything. continue. Retors like yours are not enough.
De passage à Saint-Aubin, nous avons déjeuné dans cette charmante auberge. Un accueil chaleureux, un menu du jour très correct fait maison, et une mention particulière pour l'excellent dessert !

"Brilliant 4 course lunch for 11Euro's including wine. The food is of a very high standard but don't expect anything but good wholesome food of the area. You will need to be a good eater to manage it all. Have been going there for many years and hope to go for many more."
