Merit her two stars. What is surprising is the ambient noise to say real there were only Germans who speak loud and the little modern side of the restaurant itself. impeccable service, a staff at the level, discreet and efficient, no waiting between dishes, surprising tastes, a balanced and almost too copyy menu for one evening and a sommelier at the top. We attended the cooking class. Not really a course but rather the discovery of a kitchen. We're coming, we're talking 5 minutes with the chief and we can't see him anymore. We don't touch a food, we look, we listen, it lasts 1h30 then we go to the table (everyone, not a common table with all the students). The meal is very good, the dishes worked out, but it's a pity that you don't have to cook fish. Anyway very good cooking but for the course it's not worth it.

Special experience: Eating in a restaurant with 2 stars. Actually indescribable, you have to experience yourself. The taste compositions, the friendly and competent staff, the wines etc....a unique piece of art for a truly extraordinary evening.
Nickel! Why didn't I put five stars? nothing to do with the kitchen and the products, I just found the room at the entrance a little dark but the stub atmosphere is there! proof that simplicity and excellence are not incompatible
