the restaurant looks attractive and the service was good, but eating was a big disappointment. the dinge did not begin well, and the free “Amuse Bouche” consisted of a trio that I would be embarrassed to house a small slice of brot with pate and a cornichon, a cocktail stick of a cherry tomatin and cheese, and serve a cheese stick. from our two appetizers my longoustine had not been dished, that could be a dodgy tonight. my partner cold bark meat cheek beginning (joue de boeuf) was sad largely gristle. the waitress was very sympathetic that none of us could eat it. from our choice of the most important courses, my calf was nicely cooked, like the sweet, but the whole dish was bland and not s...
