We booked in advance a table through the internet contact form and it worked well.Beautiful traditional building, we got a table on the first floor from 1 corner.We chose one of the 2 menu with local specialities (foie gras, lamb, escargots, steak).The steak was only ordinary, while the rest of the food was really fantastic.Excellent deserts as well.We ordered a local red wine which was recommended and we enjoyed it.We realised that most of the local people visit the restaurant for the tartes flambées.The service was excellent and very friendly, got a little slow when 3-4 tables ordered amazing amounts of tartes flambées.
but this time we were disappointed, the floor of the firecrow was not cooked enough. the filling on the fire were not present. we have asked for half a fire in munster at the arrival, we were only allowed a third, it is already the third time that we. are disappointed by the service. spray proseco is 8 euro, while in the cocktail it is suggested 7.50 euro. we had the same on a teller in suggestion and the same on the menu.
One cannot miss trying the Tarte flambé while in Strasbourg. However only few places serve also the dessert version, Auberge du Moulin does, and the best one is with Calvados flamed apple. Typical Alsatian interior, friendly staff who keep loading more of the tarte flambé, as long as you want. Eat with your fingers, the Pinot Noire wine goes well with it, and enjoy!
Very good restaurant. Welcome more than hot, care staff, very fast service. Our skips to the queen were excellent as well as the spätzles. The black forest ice cut my father was very good and copyy. Very good value / quality price. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very warm welcome, typical Alsatian setting, very pleasant. A map that puts the water in the mouth. Everything was very good, dishes, desserts, waiting for each other. And an ultra friendly waitress. I recommend the eyes closed!
Super restaurant, beautiful typical Alsatian terrace overlooking a beautiful church. The dishes are delicious, well presented, so good. Nice staff, very pleasant frame. Good value for money. I highly recommend.
