Typically Alsatian hostel very well located on the mountainside. It serves gourmet and hearty menus with very nice staff. To visit absolutely. Word of a Basque passage

From Brittany to visit the valley. We could just come back for this inn. Affordable and hearty refined dishes. A warm atmosphere and very welcoming and human bosses.
