There are few countries in which you can find such delicious food in a tiny town of about 300 souls. Servon is a pretty and nearly immaculate little village in which you are likely to see some foreign license plates. The odds are they have been drawn to this friendly and highly competent restaurant housed in a small auberge.Respect for the terroir is underscored in the beautifully prepared dishes, entrees, main courses, cheeses and desserts served in a cozy dining room that can seat a maximum of 18 people. Restaurant haut de gamme au charme rustique et bourgeois. Avons testé le menu à 33 euros dans lequel est proposé un agneau de pré salé accompagné d'une jolie purée au basilic et de tomates confites. Absolument succulent. Idem pour les desserts (crème brûlée safranée ou sorbet à la pêche) tout aussi savoureux. Un peu cher mais la qualité et l'accueil sont à la hauteur. Idéal au retour d'une ballade au Mont St Michel.
Aunque viene recomendado, no esperas encontrar un encantador restaurante, una excelente cocina de la región, y un buen servicio en un pueblecito de tan pocos habitantes. Incluso el hotel anexo tiene encanto con maceteros llenos de flores y una pista de tenis en el jardín. Olvidad los restaurantes turísticos de San Michel y volved a la esencia.
J'ai fréquenté cet établissement régulièrement lors de déplacements professionnels. Nous y allons maintenant en famille avec des amis et tout est toujours exceptionnel. Le cadre, l'accueil, la qualité des mets, la propreté des chambres. Bravo à Mr et Mme Lefort . Un établissement vraiment à recommander à proximité du Mont. Book a table now
Cocina francesa clásica, muy buen elaborada, en un entorno rural idílico.Menú con dos primeros, dos segundos y dos postres a elegir.Carta de vinos correcta, aunque a precios desorbitados. El servicio, atento y correcto y la decoración muy cuidada, con aire campestre y con mucho gusto en los detalles.
We were recommended this restaurant and we were so glad that we stopped. Our hostschef Tierry and his wife were very welcoming and enjoying a kir leisurely looking over such an interesting menu. I chose the lobster starter which was so tasty and delicious.

Nice stop to spend a night before crossing Mont Saint Michel's bay ( 45 mn by car to go to Bec d'Andaine) Nice house, nice garden, room's are very clean and the breakfast was very good. Nice stop.
