It's at the bottom of a fairy tale valley. An old 2-generation inn welcomes you with a blotty against its vegetable garden and pigeon tree. In the plate, surprise of the chef: everything is inventive, tasty, naturally highlighted, at price drawn to the rope. What work to achieve such authenticity! Bravo the artists!
In this inn you are welcomed by the owners themselves who cook with 4 hands; Madame makes the desserts and sauce bases, Monsieur cooks very good organic and local products to perfection. Not to be missed if you live in the Ossau valley.
