Avant de nous installer à notre table, on nous a fait visiter la cuisine qui est un four à pain, où cuit différentes viandes, teurgoule et pain.Il faut prévenir quelques jours avant qu'elle viande nous voulons (canard, poulet, veau,...)L'accompagnement était un gratin de pomme terre.Le dessert était vraiment bon, une vrai teurgoule servis dans une grande cassole.Il y a aussi possibilité de réserver à plusieurs afin de manger un cochon.Idéal pour des repas de famille ( baptême, anniversaire,...)
