The Auberge Gazon du Faing is a must-have restaurant for local cuisine lovers. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Vosges dishes, such as baeckeoffe, sauerkraut garni, Vosges potée, etc. and blueberry pie, clafoutis, burned cream. The products are fresh and seasonal, and the dishes are carefully prepared. The service is attentive and warm and from the terraces the setting is magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Not to be missed!
Hostel located in a beautiful setting. We ate an excellent sauerkraut, served in good mood by smiling staff. I highly recommend this hotel as soon as it is reopened and accessible by the Nordic ski track on the ridge road.
