We have only just returned from eating at the table d'Aurèle again, and the place has all the potential of becoming a favourite. Situated on the road between St-Remèze and Bourg-St-Andéol, it has both a cosy interior with all the little tell-tale signs of being furnished and decorated by someone who loves doing it, and outdoor facilities consisting of a little garden with bistro tables and a shady veranda that is pleasantly cool to sit out on hot summer days. So far, we have only had salads there, but they were excellent and different each time. A generous helping of whatever happenes to be in season, always consisting of a variety of lettuce, and decorated with slices of cucumber, sweet bab...
