that was one of the most horrifying meal we ever had in a restaurant. there were two men on other tables and no one else in the restaurant. there was no choice. only the menu du jour, which a salat from a fiber band melone, two bits parma ham and a half tomaten, followed by a piece that could be tinted, covered in a foul senf sauce with chips, as after the waiter to accompany the pâtes, had expired. the flesh was very like spam saline and almost unusable. the chips were standard frozen super market places. we drove a long distance to this restaurant based on the menu that we saw on the line, the homemade specialties of the region. none of them was available.
