We went several times to the restaurant recently, and now we try to go every time we are in the region. The "menu du terroir" offers typical dishes. Not expensive ingredients, but they are home-made, with incredible quality. Best blanquette de veau, best gésiers de canard I ever had. There is also a gastronomic menu, upper scale, a bit more creative, and excellent as well. After 4-5 visits, we have never been disappointed. Excellent value.

Meal on the map. really expensive for plate content. be it for calf ris, risottos. we had also chosen and our reservation was not registered. very beautiful view of the valley, in a small village in a quiet. good dishes in the menu "weather of the chef" : risotto with cepes and holy jacques, very tender duck magret. Ice nougat is delicious and homemade. wines are very affordable. for those who love fish this is very well cooked. We want to stay there for several days.
The trilogy of truites of the pyrenees is excellent, the paved of calfskin also, the risotto with gambas and ceps is a success. a good time spent with a family with a high service. Do not hesitate to eat on the terrace to have a clear view of the mountain.
