our evening meal of August 21, 2015 at the restaurant of the Roman hostel in the javie at 10 minutes worth the baths has very pleasantly surprised us. with Julian we enjoyed a warm and friendly meal as we can rarely find in the mountains. recommended their very tasteful tin and truite to almonds a freshness delight. desserts with mountain scents and reception were at the top. a friendly place at all points of view. We were surprised by the quality of the dishes! my plate, a hot goat salad from country was a real trip to the ales of high provence! fragrant, fresh and full of different, delicate and blending flavours! My husband chose the dish of the day and my daughter a child menu. Everything was very good and the super nice boss. take the hot goat salad it is fabulous ;)
Restaurant always closed, difficult to eat.When you get there: frozen food, little or no local products. bravo for a country bistro.I advise to avoid this restaurant

old gastronomic inn, this hotel has been caught up by other restaurants but remains a good address. good reception and fresh and neat food.
