The agreement we had booked was particularly attractive due to the price and since the restaurant had a Michelin star and 15.5 Gault Millau points, I was sure it would be okay. Yesterday we stayed for the first time in the Star-Restaurant Auberge St Walfrid in Saargemünd (France). The restaurant is located directly on the Franco-German border of Saarbrücken in 15 minutes. A way forward: The restaurant is inside, like outside, exceptionally beautiful. For me the highlight of recent years. A true piece of jewellery and thus a visit value. During dinner we chose the small menu that was also used as an eye, as well as a pale mouse. The dishes were all perfectly cooked, lubricated and presented.
