My experience at Auntie Anne's was extremely disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for three pretzels, even though there were six staff members present, and only two were attending to customers. The line was long, and several people left out of frustration. We were also considering asking for a refund. The woman who appeared to be the manager spent 15 minutes yelling at her staff instead of helping with the rush. Prior to that, she had been talking about how she financed her car and college with her paycheck from there, which felt unprofessional and did not help boost team morale. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I won't be returning.
