I really enjoy the Auntie Anne's cheese and jalapeño pretzel in the UK, so I had high hopes for the options and quality of pretzels in the US. However, the experience fell short. The staff who served me were just fine, but I ordered the sour cream and onion pretzel, and it wasn't fresh—it had been sitting out for a while and wasn't warm enough. There are outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy your pretzel, but I probably won't return to try their pretzels again.
This is so new if the store opened in this area and everyone is living it. I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to place the order. The customer service is awesome and it was worth the wait. I had placed the order of Nuggets and they were delicious. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.
I feel like I saw one of the girls touch the whole pretzels with her bare hands which is disgusting … I saw her look up to see if I was even looking … gross and the other hand had a bandaid on it … I feel like if your grabbing food you should be wearing gloves !!!
I have gone here several times, and every time they have charged me more than I should’ve been charged. If you stop here, always make sure that they are charging you the correct amount! Book a table now
Today was the 3rd time I have been there since they have opened and all my pretzels have been burnt. .. One thing I can say is that the prices are way cheaper than the galleria.
Yummy pretzels and clean place in general. Personally not a big fan of sweet pretzels, but these are good!
The staff was friendly, and I shared an almond pretzel with my little one.
