I ordered a classic pretzel with no salt was given nuggets. It was cold salty. Don't take customers' orders if you cannot fulfill them. I'm not a dog that eats scraps!
Auntie Anne's products are best enjoyed when freshly made for the customer, as they do not hold up well if they have been sitting in the display case for too long.
