This was one of the worst experiences I've had for my money. The food was undercooked, and the customer service was terrible. We ordered online for pickup and arrived 30 minutes later, only to find that the pretzels weren't ready. We were told we would have to wait an additional 10 minutes if we still wanted our order, which we didn't mind. However, when we finally got our food, the garlic Parmesan was just carelessly dumped on the pretzel, and the jalapeño pretzel was soggy. I was truly disappointed.
Went to Green Acres Mall while I was waiting for my car to be serviced at the Toyota dealer next door. Nothing really interested me in the food court, lines were too long and disorderly. I went downstairs and came across this Aunt Annie's. They didn't have any almond pretzels left but the lady was kind enough to start up a fresh batch. I went to shop around Century 21 and by the time I came out she had the pretzels hot and ready. Great customer service!
Why why is it here? I am trying so hard to work on my diet lately lol. I am sorry but the pretzels are too good. And as such they I simply cant walk by it and not buying one. They are simply too good. So be careful, it is addictive, it taste great, and you might find yourself coming back for more before you even know it.
