While on vacation visiting from Rhode Island, I decided to stop by this restaurant for my dad's birthday, as it's one of his favorite places back home. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. A young woman with green hair had an attitude when I asked if I could get pretzels that weren't cold, since the two I had ordered were served to me cold. The service was also quite slow; with only three customers in line, I waited 15 minutes for just two pretzels and two drinks.
I recently visited the mall with my grandmother, and we will not be returning to this particular Auntie Anne’s! It’s not the food that deterred us, but rather one of the employees. I made sure to note her name tag, as she wasn't even working the counter, yet she still directed rude looks our way and spoke to her colleagues in a disrespectful manner. Her attitude made us want to leave before finishing our meal.
Our kids absolutely adore Auntie Anne's for their pretzels. They particularly enjoy the pepperoni pretzel bites paired with cheese dipping sauce. The atmosphere and service are consistently fantastic, and we always appreciate the complimentary samples while waiting in line.
Another freaking fast food joint that closes early. Made it there about 5:17pm or so. Mall closes at 6pm. They only had a few pretzel nuggets left, so couldn't buy anything. That kind of stuff kills businesses profits. I would hope they understand that. Book a table now
I wouldnt go to this store they serve old pretzels from days before and they have mice in their storage room not clean at all
Delicious pretzels! The staff were friendly and very quick to process orders. The pretzel was fresh and reasonably priced.
The food is great but when you fire a whole group for no reason thats not rite. And no it was not me
