I went to the Auntie Anne?s next to Icing on Sunday 11/1/2020 at around 6 and a girl worker with brown hair was very rude to me and my family. We had got up to order and my mom started to ask a question, ?Do you guys have-? and the worker rudely goes ?No we don?t have pretzel dogs if that?s what you?re going to ask? and my mom was in shock and we both exchange looks. My mom then goes ?No I was going to ask if you guys have any promotions or deals going on right now?. Then again she rudely goes ?No we don?t. What are you going to order?? I get the frustration of not having the product and people coming up to the stand to ask for it over and over again but that?s not at all what we were going...
I was at this Auntie Anne's location after the other one disappointed me so bad.... I must say about four five employees on this Monday night I absolutely enjoyed visiting with them cracking a couple jokes.... the manager special three items for $8.99 as in pretzel we're talking business! Thank you for providing me with an experience that I should be able to seek at any location! ????????????????????????????????????????
This is for the location near the Barnes and Noble.. As I was ordering pretzels I noticed the gal handling the dough behind the glass had excessively long fake nails and no gloves. I was so grossed out. That has always been a health issue when handling food. I thought that was a no brainier for someone getting their hands all up in the dough So gross!!!
Great Pretzels. Three different locations in the Clackamas Town Center. This one is by Barnes and noble on the ground floor. They make the pretzels at this stand. Another stand is located in the food court, 2nd floor. (They only heat and sell out of this stand. And the 3rd stand is located near Sears. 2nd floor. Super soft and good flavor.
