I ordered two pretzels at Auntie Anne's, but instead of letting me know they were out, they packed two cups of pretzel bites and charged me $17 without asking if that was alright. The young man didn’t even ask for my card; he just stood there expecting me to know what to do, and there was no self-service card reader available. Clear communication about the menu is really important!
At Auntie Anne's, the cashier appeared overwhelmed and was rather rude. They attempted to charge me twice for items that were meant to be included in the menu and did not give me a receipt.
Auntie Anne's closed 45 minutes earlier than advertised, and the staff were not very friendly. The menu options were limited, which was disappointing.
