When I arrived at the restaurant, the three ladies working there were simply engrossed in their phones and chatting with a friend. It took a full five minutes for them to even notice that I was standing at the register. The cup of pretzel bites I received had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for hours; they were all dried out and not nearly as good as the ones I’ve had at other Auntie Anne’s locations. If you happen to stop here, do yourself a favor and skip Auntie Anne’s. Instead, grab a coffee at Starbucks and a snack from the market. This Auntie Anne’s is quite disappointing.

Was rather displeased at the quality of my pretzel dog. For over $8 for 1 hotdog and a small(maybe med) drink, was not worth the money. Pretzel was soggy on the bottom and undercooked on top. Dog was cooked but barely warm. For maybe $4 the combo would be worth it. But for over 8$ even Starbucks across the room has better offerings. Giving out a 2/5 cause the dipping sauce was pretty solid.
We were informed that the pretzel dogs would take 15 minutes to prepare, but after waiting 20 minutes, we were served burnt ones. When we raised our concerns, they did issue a refund, which was appreciated.
