This Auntie Anne's location is the worst I have ever had. I buy AA pretzels in many locations and I love the stuff, but this location cannot make the same quality. The pretzel are not soft and have a strange after taste. It's almost taste like bagels. It is really a shame that one location can ruin the whole chain. Go get your AA from the mall or other place.
To be honest, it was a bit unappetizing. I noticed people were eating pretzels with their bare hands, licking their fingers, and then touching the food with those same hands, along with handling money. It made me think about how often people wash their hands—regardless of whether they've been to the bathroom—and the overall cleanliness of the place.

It turns out this place is a Subway, not an Auntie Anne's, even though there are Auntie Anne's signs and they sell pretzels.
The food is excellent, but their hours are off. I stopped by before closing time, only to find that they had closed early.
