Hedonism in a pure state. here not only comes to enjoy, and much, the food; it is about enjoying the gastronomy of guadalajara and so amazing productazos. when we speak of local product, or km we speak of biosphere, alcarria and its honey, present in many of the preparations. We're talking about trouts, cows, vegetables. all this in a restaurant with decoration according to level, well sounded, with a separation of tables that allows the discretion of a quiet chat. and if service, I understand and know perfectly the product they sell. very agile and efficient, that prints the necessary rhythm to avoid changing a tasting menu, but without unnecessary escapes. bravísimo.
a whole gastronomic experience. we loved your tasting menu. nine dishes (eight more dessert), full of quality and good presentation. attentive waiters who explain them in detail. spectacular rag foie, the drip explosion in the mouth is not matched with many of the dishes, where nothing is what it looks like. alcarria products to explore.
