The Austin Ale House is located on Austin Street in Kew Gardens. We visited this past Sunday. Upon entering, the bar is the first thing that catches your eye, and as you move further in, you'll find tables surrounding the space. There's a small party room to the right, and a larger party room down a few steps also on the right side. We had our family gathering in that larger room, which has additional tables on the left side. The food was quite good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It can be loud at times but they do their best to seat you in a quieter area if you prefer. They host a variety of different events. For example, tonight was a movie night in the main room. Because of the event and the game, our service was unusually slow and one seemingly new girl was not on the mark but everyone else was, as usual, super nice and accommodating. The food is excellent!
The atmosphere at this restaurant is incredibly warm and cozy. I enjoyed a delicious turkey burger topped with avocado, cheese, and bacon, accompanied by sweet potato fries. My Bloody Mary was also fantastic. The staff were exceptionally professional and polite. It’s a great spot to meet up with friends and family. I can't wait for my next visit!
