Aux Deux Chefs - Table reservation

We were out for a walk trying to find somewhere local to eat, I saw a Restaurant sign but it was closed but a little further down the street the Owner was outside putting up a Special Event poster, I asked if they were open and to my delight he said yes. The décor is very cute and quaint. It was not busy yet as you know the French eat later so it was very quiet at 6pm. As the Clientele came in ,there seemed to be a lot of locals, a young mans birthday party, he was probably 12 or so and had a table of about 12 there to celebrate with him. Tucked away off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Brilliant food. We had the mixed grill and the filet mignon. Both were gorgeous. Even with 2 sweets and 2 drinks the bill was under 60 euro. Amazing value for food of the highest quality. Our waiter had the patience of a saint as well with our limited French. Thanks to all for a great dining experience.

restaurant la classe 56 rue dabray, 06000 nice, france aux deux chefs 56 rue dabray, 06000 nice, france il d'jà long ago que la classe n'existe plus !! pity because we handled it very well and there was an excellent value for money!!Now place "to the two chefs" where we eat very well !!!!

Went recently with a group of friend and the service was fantastic and the food really lovely. The lavendar duck was amazing, never tasted anything like it! Fish stew, ribs and sea bass were all lovely too.

We had a wonderful time. The evening was terrific, with great food, with lots of choice, even for the vegetarian! Thanks to the chef and his lovely wife for making it such a special occasion.
