Quizá la mejor manera de terminar una visita por la zona o de iniciar un recorrido por la sorprendente comarca de Los Ibores, sea degustar los excelentes platos que salen de la cocina del restaurante Avellaneda en el suculento menú degustación, porque en ellos está condensada la esencia de esta comarca y, por ende, de toda la región. Es como si de repente, toda Extremadura pudiera ser saboreada por los cinco sentidos, pero donde gana el gusto. Empezamos con la vista, ya que cada uno de los platos entra directamente por los ojos en una exquisita presentación. Después, el oido juega su baza cuando Carlos y su equipo te nombran cada plato (paté de avestruz, boletus, Torta de la Serena, Langosti...
Lo escribo en frances que es mi idioma....!!!. Le restaurant Avellaneda de castañar de ibor, est un des meilleurs restaurants ou nous ayons diné a Castañar de Ibor. Nous y sommes retourné plusieurs fois durant notre séjour, et à chaque fois, avec le même bonheur... La cuisine y est délicieuse sans étre sophistiquée... un vrai régal... et le service d'Encarna toute de gentillesse, transforme le moment en véritable plaisir..... Allez-y sans hésiter si vous passez en Extremadure..... vous ne le regretterez pas.....!!!
Lugar a visitar. Tremendo el restaurante... Con un servicio correcto. Sorprende la calidad de la materia prima de sus productos (carnes, mieles, frutos rojos, pâté, casatñas.. . Para no ser conocido ni publicitado es un lugar encantador y gratamente recomendable. Al lado tienen una casa rural de ellos mismos, q merece la pena probar y quedarse una noche por su ajustado precio, servicio y calidad. Recomiendo alojarse, dar un tranquilo paseo por la zona y comer y cenar en el restaurante..
