I have been to Avenue about 3 times now. My first experience was ok, service was standard, food was good. But the past 2 times I have been in the past week have been amazing. Being a GM in the city, I love great hospitality when I see it. I noticed one of their managers the second time I went bymyself , weather was horrible and I stop in for a cocktail and had their steak. He was so welcoming and polite. The same week Today I went back with my husband. I saw the same manager. He greats absolutely everyone, helps his staff on the floor and is the true meaning of hospitality and being a leader. Eddy is the best host that Avenue Restobar can have, we arrived at Avenue for a bachelorette party, without a reservation, Eddy was able to accommodate 16 women in a couple of minutes, he took the time to decorated the table with balloons, sprinkles and fans for us all in a matter of seconds, it exceeded all our expectations, it was a very good experience, we are very grateful to Avenue, for allowing us to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party at the last moment. I recommend this place 100%, the staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is fun, the music, the dj, the bartenders. Please make a stop at Avenue and you will have a very good time. ;
We had such a wonderful experience in this restaurant Eddy organized and amazing Bachelorette party for 15 girls in less than an hour. He did a fantastic job and make our party absolutely amazing all the girls were so happy for such atmosphere. The food, the service, the whole stuff, Eddy and Ilir were definitely stressed to give the party another level!Thank you so much I do definitely appreciate and highly recommend this place.. I think Avenue Cafe are always part of our Astoria community!!
Came to this place with my brother and sister and all I can say is that this place is amazing!!! Not only is the food really good but the energy of the staff is the gold standard for any one in the service industry! The hostess was friendly and efficient! The manager Eddie is super attentive and welcoming! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and can’t wait to come back again.

The food was absolutely wonderful.But better than the food was Peter the server. He was so nice and really took time to make sure we would like his recommendations. We loved everything. Eddy stopped by our table and we had a lovely chat. From the nice red headed hostess to the server to the management, the ambiance and food. I can't wait to come back.
I visited this restaurant for appetizers! It’s not my first time here, but it is my first time writing a review. I really enjoy the wine list, especially the selection of Greek wines and the Rosé by Jean Luc Colombo. For appetizers, I ordered the hummus and tzatziki from the happy hour special, along with some oysters. The service was decent.
I wish I can give more starts to this place! Big shout out to the manager! He was over our expectations. He really knows how to treat people. He gave us outstanding attention and even decorated the tables for my friend bachelorette party! We strongly recommend this place and we’ll definitely go back there.
I don't know how many times I've come to this place, more than 6 times of course. (Sometimes is my office) It is my fav spot in Astoria. The food is absolutely delicious. They are so kind, attentive, and helpful which made for a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite spots in Astoria. The food is delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The drinks are excellent, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place. P.S. My favorite dish is the Avenue burger!
