After a long day at the rink we took our family to one of our favourite restaurants ready to enjoy a great meal. After we placed our order we sat down to vistit with some friends, in a few minutes our food was delivered to our table. In seconds we noticed our order was wrong and asked for their service to correct the issue. The last at the till said nope that's not what you ordered it's not on the bill. I repeated the order that my family had ordered and she again said no that's not what you ordered, we were short one onion ring and one order if fries. I'm torn, as to the ratings here. I hate the coffee here, it's always old and burnt tasting, so I stopped getting it there. The rootbeer use to be my favorite, now it's so watered down you can barely taste it. The chicken used to also be the best in town, they changed it some time ago, now it's . . . well you just shouldn't eat it. The teen burger is my go to burger, but even that, you have to find the right day or the right cook, because even that is a hit and miss. Breakfast is ok, but they are really pricing themselves out of it, when Timmy's is right next door. Their coffee is at least drinkable. So take your chances, but on a good day it's at least average.
The Uncle Burger with bacon and cheese is one of my favourite fast food burgers. I grabbed one before heading back to Regina. It was a little dry, but still tasted like it should. Their pop is one of the best too.
Food was good, service was so so and restaurant needed cleaning. Our order was taken efficiently but with an edge of attitude that screamed hurry up... not much patience for seniors.
