At this point on 9 June. The credible customer service and food were not as good as in other places. Cheese Curds we blown out. Hardly any cheese in them. And the milkshake was served very watery and warm. It was bad. And when I asked about another Shake, the man said it was just him and he will lose his mind. Tell him to call a manager or ask someone for help. Came all the way from Hawai?i to be disappointed.
So this is a KFC/A&W we always ask for honey and they always forget it. We even stop them to ask for it when we don't see it in the bag and they are just like yah it is in there and then they look and nope a bunch of ketchup but no honey. This happens every time we go there. Not even in the box with biscuits

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this location for the first time in over 15 to 20 years since I last enjoyed A&W. The food was incredible, and the root beer float was absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to go back and experience it all again!
The cashier didn't seem to be aware that the deal was advertised? The food came out quickly. Loved the strawberry milkshake and the person I came with enjoyed their rootbeer carrier. The rest of the food was as expected?
I visit this restaurant mainly for the root beer. It's freshly made from the fountain using real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, and it tastes fantastic! Additionally, the staff was very friendly.
