I live just two blocks away, but I don’t visit often, primarily because of the confusing drive-thru setup. It feels like they cater more to KFC customers, so whenever I go through the drive-thru, I'm constantly asked to pull up front to wait for my order. Sure, gas may as well be free, but waiting outside in 100-degree heat isn’t ideal. And to make matters worse, there have been times when I've received someone else’s order.

Drive through only,A&W side closes early I believe 9pm, last couple of time my order has been wrong or missing items. And had to pull over to the front and waited for 20min (conservative time assessment) for my order. I love the A&W cheese curds but thelast couple times have been way over cooked and just don't cut it for the craving. I am an African American woman who visited this restaurant today at 8 p.m. to pick up my DoorDash order. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged me, and I waited over five minutes while the staff walked by without providing any assistance. I received no updates about my order, and when they finally attended to it, they forgot my drink. Instead of preparing my drink, the staff member made ten other drinks while I continued to wait for my order, which should have been ready much earlier. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

It's great to see an A&W, as it brings back memories of the Midwest. The staff were friendly, but I was disappointed to find they were out of ice cream at 5 PM, especially for a restaurant known for its floats.
