Terrible experience. The place was absolutely dirty, from the food they served to the behavior of the staff. The employees were rude and disrespectful, and it was clear that management treats them poorly. Avoid the locations on Chambly and Cousineau, as they are owned by the same people. Several neighbors have shared similar negative experiences, and we all strongly dislike this place. During my last visit, the apple pie was expired and discolored inside, which made me sick for almost a full day.
I stopped by to try the special on the teenburger trio, and everything was served hot. The onion rings were crispy and tasty, and the root beer came in a frozen mug that was so cold it had ice forming on top. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The food was fantastic, and I really liked the dining atmosphere. The parking is adequate, but leaving the lot can be quite difficult. The WiFi connects fast, although the download speeds could use some improvement.
The experience is quite unpredictable. There are moments when the food is exceptional and fresh, but there are also times when it can be stale and served cold. You never know what you're going to get!
The service was somewhat slow, but the freshly prepared food made it well worth the wait! I had a fantastic burger and some incredible onion rings that I really enjoyed.
