It feels like they just make up their prices on the spot. A double teen burger combo cost $18—seriously? Trying to get clarification on that was a frustrating experience. To make matters worse, we received only half a cup of frozen root beer. I also didn't appreciate having to argue with the cashier. Feeling frustrated and fed up, we left, hoping we could at least enjoy our food while it was warm... but that didn’t happen either.
I changed my review after receiving the Teen Burger today. Just look at the photo. Is this really a Teen Burger? Where are the sesame seeds? I think I'm done with this location. With so many mistakes, poor customer service, and now this excuse of a burger, I can't help but wonder where the pride in delivering quality has gone. Whatever happened to good customer service?
The drive-thru wait was an excruciating 18 minutes, and the staff was the worst I’ve ever encountered—totally unprofessional, unapologetic, and lacking any regard for customers. After such a poor experience, the quality of the food hardly matters, which honestly tasted like bland, generic cardboard!
I ordered food online from this place 2time. They sent the sweet potatoes fries instead of regular fries. Even last time, they sent the drinks with no straw. Not good service. Staff need to check the orders properly. Book a table now

Extremely bad service. The take hours just to fulfill a simple order of fries. Especially bad at later hours of the night.
