Felt like burgers tonight and had some coupons for A&W so we thought we give them another chance. Went through the Drive-thru at 6pm. Only 3 cars ahead of us but took over 25 mins to get our order. 3 burgers, 3 rings and 3...root beers. Thank God we had the coupons or that would have cost us $37!! REALLY!? As it was the dinner hour you would hope/expect them to be on the ball but after 25 mins everything was ICE COLD, that's ok for root beer but not for the food. It still boggles the mind how Montreal fast food continues to disappoint. Will stick with Mediterranean restaurants as they are always hot, value priced and delicious.
As a child in the sixties, I remember my parents brought us to A W as a treat. I remember the metal floors and the ice-cold root beer. Now that the restaurant is open on Sources, and there is a new modern menu,... I'm glad to eat there again. My favorite is the Spicy Habanero Chicken, and for my husband it is the Cheddar Bacon Uncle. I love the waste-saving idea of metal floors, fry baskets and real glass for the ice-cold root beer.
They did it! Someone has finally made a veggie burger that actually tastes, and has the texture of, a real beef burger. The company is call Beyond Meat and you can buy their burger only at at A W. It’s not cheap. The burger...alone runs around $6.99 if I’m not mistaken but it’s soooo worth it. Sometimes A W gives out coupons for 50% off. Ask them if they have any coupons when you go there.
I know that the young lady serving and working the cash will be leaving soon for parental reasons. She really kept things moving a bright asset to the restaurant hope the bar is not to high for her replacement until she returns. I am not...really sold on all the buzz about no antibiotics in the meat but the food does taste better at A&W.Enjoy your experience there. Past customer 1 year)

I came here this morning at 7 a.m., and the lady at the counter didn't even recognize me, she was too busy reading the paper, and when she acknowledged me, she had an attitude when I made my order, my order was under the...warm lamp for about 5 minutes while I stood before the counter if it wasn't for the chef in the back to tell her that I had waited for my meal. Avoid this A
Let's all go to A&W, foods more fun at A&W, we'll have a mug of rootbeer or maybe 2 or 3 (even though I hate it), pick the perfect size from the Burger family. Hop in the car, come as you are to A&W. But...don't come naked.
Don’t know what happened?? So dirty! Stay away! See pics to judge for ur self ! I think they will fail the health inspection. I don’t know why this happened! A&W resto St never like this.
The breakfasts here are really good and fill for a modest price. I always go for the eggs/sausage/Bacon plate. only the correct amount of food.

You get what you ask for, how you ask for it. All day breakfast now is very good; burgers are good too, as are the fries and rings.
Good, friendly service. Free outdoor parking. Menu as in the remaining chain. Always enjoyable to eat there.
