I'm shocked how they treated us when we ordered us. We have ordered several things and they have forgotten one of our articles. We called back to ask about it, and the man on the phone claimed we never ordered it and we're lying. If they had made the mistake of missing him, we wouldn't have bothered, but he shouted rudely and said it wasn't their fault. When we complete our order, it adds to the missing article, and they said the prices on the websites are not all up to date and there is a credit card fee. Because we didn't get a receipt, we couldn't check it. Overall terrible customer service and they simply lost a customer.
