We ordered their most basic tasting menu for €115 (I think) plus an outstanding bottle of Grand Cru Chablis recommended by the sommelier. I agree with the Guide Michelin that the wine list is well put together, not too large but large enough with insightful selections. Amazing lunch. “Grand Saut” menu at €150/person for four with particularly pleasant food/wine pairing. Crescendo of flavors and deliciousness, each dish being better than the previous one. The cheese cart is a plus to note, with a nice selection of our terroirs. Excellent desserts, very pleasant and attentive service, good advice and funny, in short, incredible.
