Flabbergasted by the reviews stating this is the best Mexican restaurant in NY let alone ever. These people should venture in the food world just a tad more if they think this is the best. I ordered for pickup from Doordash today, when I arrived she stated it was almost ready, a few minutes later hands me my bag with missing items. When I told her this is not the right order she said “no, you ordered 2 cecina” and mid sentence realized she was wrong and had to ask the cook to make the correct items. Waited an extra 15 minutes, fine but this is why pickup is a option. The beef taco had no flavor and should’ve been called cilantro and onion taco for $4 and the chipotle spread in the cemita ove...
Two hours later and they still had not made our food. Gave a run around of about being confused as two names showed up in their print out. I asked for two sodas to make up for the two hours, plus however long it would take to have it done and delivered, they said they could give me one. Fair enough. But our time is also valuable so we canceled and ordered elsewhere. We had literally written them a five star review exalting them minutes before we placed our order on grub hub. Their food is delicious and this is not a commentary on that, but rather their lack of awareness and lack of customer service.

When I called to order a quesadilla I specifically asked the woman taking my order if the quesadilla had any peppers, onions, vegetables in it, she said NO, I said okay good. When the food comes there's a ton of vegetables in it like was this done on purpose??? It was also extremely greasy/oily and poorly made. Not spending money here again.

The delivery service is horrible. My order last week was repeatedly delayed by an hour, forcing me to cancel. The same issue occurred today, so I called the restaurant, and they simply hung up on me. I advise you to avoid this place!
The shrimp burritos are absolutely incredible! The food here tastes authentically delicious. This is the best Mexican restaurant in my area of Brooklyn, NY.
Everything was delicious, and the prices were excellent as well. The service was attentive and fast.
Food was bussin tho, especially the Tostadas al pastor, it had a delicious flavor.
